Both sides know which is their side of the Golan and where they are not allowed to go under the terms of the UN resolutions. Best thing is leave both sides to police the area themselves which they are capable of doing, Its also better without the UN people because if for some reason Israel gets dragged into this conflict or have to fight Hezbollah in thew Golan the so called peace keepers would be an obstacle to Israel's ground forces. What this has shown that when it comes to peacemaking with anybody we cannot rely on the local security forces or UN peacekeepers. This is especially important when it comes to the palestinian issue because they cannot be trusted. Can we trust the PA on something like airspace security, a plane could take off from the palestinian state and crash into the Azrieli towers before Israeli fighter pilots can even get into their cockpits because there is so little distance, we cannot trust anybody but Israeli security on things like that certainly for many years to come. We need to keep IDF forces in the Jordan Valley because places like Ben Gurion Airport are within rocket firing distance from some parts of the Jordan Valley. So the IDF must have control of palestinians state airspace and ground borders and its the Useless Nations and palestinians themselves who would be the reason why.
