February 14, 2007 11:20 AM (GMT+02:00) DEBKAfile reports: An Iranian Revolutionary Guards bus was ambushed and blown up in southeastern Zahedan Wednesday, killing at least 18. The assailants, believed to be Balochi nationalists, arrived on the scene in a car and escaped on motorcycles hidden by the wayside. Zahedan is the capital of the restive, mostly Sunni Muslim Balochistan, which lies close to the Pakistani and Afghan borders.
