The beginning of the end of the right to do as you wish might have started with the execution of William Walker by Honduras. It CERTAINLY started when Nazi war criminals were put on trial after WW II. It might well be that the last generation of world leaders and followers who will be exempt from criminal justice is alive today. It might well be that even those alive today might be brought to justice. CIA agents stand convicted in Italy of crimes conducted in the Extreme Rendition program They had better stay home because the concept of international justice became a world force in in Nuremberg, almost 65 years ago.
