I love this paper and I very much enjoy Aluf Benn's articles. But I don't know how he forms this conclusion--that Obama is weak-- from this fascinating trove of wilileaks. These cables relay to Washington what Arab and Israeili leaders tell them, plus their own analysis. But since this entire data dump consists of only one set of conversations, I don't know how Benn extrapolates Obama and Clinton's position and relative weight in the world. To bring up the highly duplicitous Kissinger an the nutty Dulles seem odd comparisons.
