Palestine is still Palestine, somewhat smaller now that Jordan and Israel have been carved from it. n It's territories include Jerusalem, Gaza, the West Bank, territories to the North bordering Lebanon and a big chunk bordering Egypt. None of which has been legally annexed by Israel.
