State says nobody has a right to sell the drafts on the open market for a profit, as this infringes on the state's right to keep an asset 'of deep symbolic significance' that belongs to the state and the public.01:40 27.11.15 | 0 comments
Ben Alofs - you say, "Hamas stopped referring to the Charter as a base for practical politics years ago. You need to judge Hamas based on what it does, not on its Charter." And what has Hamas done to persuade Israel that it will play nice. That's right, fire Qassams from Gaza, cross the International Border (which you don't seem to accept) and kidnap and (possibly) murder Shalit. Oh, and throw Fatah people off roofs, reject elections called for by Abbas, destroy the Unity Government by taking over Gaza by force, shooting Fatah footsoldiers in the streets, trashing a Christian Church, blowing up internet cafes and continuing to fire Qassams. Did I leave anything out. And, as for the 48 'ethnic cleansing' that caused Gaza Palestinians to be in Gaza. They weren't cleansed out of Palestine, Gaza is in Palestine. The 100,000 Jews expelled from the WB and Gaza are not being offered a 'right of return' either. Keep posting and I'll keep laughing.
