    But the right wing of Zionism now in power in Israel does agree with their founder Jabotinsky. He saw the colonizing Jews as being superior, culturally and politically to the indigenous Palestinian population and that by force, and their more advanced European ways, the Palestinians, in time, would acquiesce. If not, then only the Iron Wall would work. In Israel today, the reigning ideology is "kol haolam negdeynu", all the world is against us. That has become so ingrained in their national ethos, that it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Accomodation will never work because peace is not possible. When Jacob is up, Esau must be down and vice versa, and so it goes. This can only result in one thing which is the white elephant in the room and that is Israel will become an apartheid state, democratic for Jews only.
