Two possibilities: 1. Actions taken to effect an immediate outcome 2. Actions taken to send a message ( of shameful retribution, which Israel is addicted to like cocaine) Netanyahu, do you need a hug? What is your problem? I will fly over there and give you a hug if this will help you from these violent outbursts. Are you going through HATE withdrawal syndrome? Obviously, the US actions taken recently against Anwar al-Awlaki have stoked Netanyau's inferiority. complex. In response to that news, I stated that Israel could learn something from how Obama fights terrorism (not killing any innocent civilians). This action tests that logic, and it passes the general test. However, as you would expect, the US is holding you to a higher standard, and rightly so. It is rightly so because: you know that I know that you know that I know that this is the same old story all over again. You know this story well and you know it doesn't end. It is a shameless tactic to buy time for future manipulation. If your heart was not hardening again, you would have explored dialogue with Hamas in partnership to find ways to bring targeted accountability to rocket launchers, administered by Hamas. Israel needs to promote positive political development with Hamas. Israel is instead opting to try and get "control" over the situation by shamelessly stirring the pot. Forget the POT! It is not your LOT! Believe in peace! Hamas is demonstrating political maturity and discipline by tolerating such hateful tactics.
