BBS News, First we know where you stand. Israel is always wrong. Jews have no rights to Holy Places and they will be lucky to be allowed to stay in Israel after 4 million refugees 'return' to a country they weren't born in and vote Israel out of existence. However, the reality of a military powerful, possibly nuclear state stands in your way. As to final status negotiations, Burns has pre-judged final status by including Jerusalem (Corpus Separatum) in the 'Jew-free' definition of the legality of the Jewish presence in Geneva Convention covered 'occupied territories'. Consequently, by denying Jewish Israeli claims to Jewish Holy Places, the 'final status' negotiation on Jerusalem becomes a discussion of, 'How are you wrong' not on 'How do we find a win-win solution' such as the Clinton parameters. To you, final status is Israeli surrender in return for begrudging paper normalization (soon to be withdrawn). However, that will probably not be the result.
