In order: 1) Absent any new data, going from 5.9 million to 6 million is a questionable inflation of figures. 2) If using verifiable figures demonstrates that a decrease in the amount of population increase can't be attributed solely to enemy action, to include this figure anyway suggests an effort to pad figures. 3) Once you admit that some of that decrease in the number of Jews must be the result of Russian action, to continue to attribute it to German action is not sustainable.
