We agree that the "spring" took place already in Iran, The rest are small details. The new Egyptian rulers have two Islamic models to choose from (and try to improve on), the secular Turkish and the Islamic Iranian. Being fundamentalists, I expect the Muslim Brotherhood to follow the Iranian model, more or less. I do hope they improve upon it, but perhaps will make comparable mistakes. But let a thousand flowers bloom, perhaps some form of an Islamic regime can work sufficiently well. The Arabs seem not yet to be ready for a Western system.
