Kosher laws are a kind of boycott---you won't drink wine or eat bread made by the goyim? That's a cultural boycott! You won't drive a car that's made in Germany even though the people who built it weren't even alive during WWII? That's a cultural boycott! Boycotts are a peaceful means of registering disapproval, distrust or political disagreement. It is a peaceful, non-violent means of registering distrust and disagreement. Mahatma Gandhi used and promoted boycotts. Martin Luther King used and promoted boycotts. if you don't have boycotts, you get violence instead. I prefer non-violence.
