to think this is where the authorities are. From the responses quoted it seems they don't understand there is a problem they need to deal with. In the UK and in other European countries, you'd have responses from the police (who wouldn't try to get away with that excuse), the football club (wouldn't get away with that statement), the football association, the city, all the relevant government ministers (sports, home office) and the leaders of religious organisations. But the fact that there is CCTV would mean they would track these young people down and bring them to court. And hopefully that will happen here too.
