In the last 8 years, the first day of negotiations has always viewed as positive signalling some degree of progress. The next day of negotiations, has always ended with no agreement leaving no perspective for the future talks. P5+1 doesn't take these negotiations serious, it just pretends; this is why, the negotiations are not held at the level of the foreign ministers.
