'I am ashamed that I saw injustice and never did anything about it,' Reinhold Hanning tells German courtroom.01:17 30.04.16 | 1 comments
If the pals accept temporary borders, they will lose the chance of a one state solution. Their demographics and the fact that Israel can't claim to be a democracy while they hold the west bank and won't let its citizens vote is the strongest card the Palestinians hold. Israel can only play the half hearted democracy game for so long without international condemnation. Temporary borders would throw this card away. The Palestinians would be stuck with a small part of the west bank and lo behold temporary borders would become final borders due to facts on the ground. No E jerusalem, no settlement removal, no nothing.
