you are wrong. It has been proposed by this crazed rabbis in Safad. They are not alone. In a study conducted by the Abraham Fund it was found that an overwhelming majority of Israeli Jews would not rent or want to live in the same building as Arabs. This may not yet be codified, but it is already 90% of the way there. Further, where social refusal exists, legal bans are not as pressing. I refer to the Jewish majority communities where Arab citizens of Israel wished to buy only to be told they were not "suitable". As for "immigrants", if an Arazb citizen of Israel is to marry a non-Jew born in Israel who has been living out of the country for a number of yrs, would that person be required to take the loyalty oath since they may have lost their citizenship by being out of the country. If an Israeli Arab marries someone from Bethlehem, must they take the oath? Yet someone from Odessa who had a Jewish grandparent cand gets an aprtment in Lod does not need to take the oath. Different laws for different "immigrants". Racism, whether zionist or not, is still racism.
