I am very surprised that free speech or peaceful non violent demonstrations are dealt with in this way.Someone has to be a 'leader' , however in these cases the leader is not acting selfishly, but,(as he sees it) for the unbiased common good. Unfortunately, lots of 'leaders' who are'official' in politics ,are there for selfish agrandisement ,but often not for the good of a country or its people.
