The thing is, Arik, that as Israel clings to America's leg copping a free ride on America's boot, it has become a tripping hazard. As America struggles to maintain oil hegemony in a re-surging Middle East unwilling to wait for parity, she can not afford the luxury of her spoiled child. Either Israel stands quietly aside while the big people sort through this mess, or America could stumble. Being the world's only superpower is not infinite.
