This demonstration/riot, the biggest in years, was very heavily photographed and videotaped. Thousands of photos were taken at every possible angle camera as well as hundreds of hours of video filmed of this one particular event by dozens of independent journalists from multiple different news organizations from across the globe including cameramen and film crews from Reuters, AP, and Al Jezeera among others. These journalist were almost all filming from the Palestinian side of the barricades and it is hard to believe that every single camera would completely miss her. So, the obvious thing to do is to just produce even a single good quality photo showing this girl clearly in attendance at the riot and the Israelis must shut up. On the other hand, the inability to find even one photo of her points to a possible fraud of some kind, like for example it is perhaps possible maybe the girl, already knowing she was soon to die of terminal cancer anyways, committed suicide with the help of others so her death could then be faked as a tear gas injury for nationalistic motives and world wide anti Israeli propaganda usage and her family paid compensation by various Arab charities that pay large sums to the families of Palestinian "martyrs". If she was in fact dying already why would she not want to end her life and avoid any more pain, while also making her own death meaningful in some way for the Palestinian cause she believed in and also as a bonus enrich the family she was leaving behind at the same time? I can really see this happening unfortunately.
