The arabs cannot call this discrimination because this offer applies if people do civilian or military national service and arabs are not obligated to do either but are allowed to volunteer to do both. Nobody is demanding the arabs all become soldiers to benefit from this as civilian service is considered equally acceptable. The worst enemy of the arab sector is their politicians, the likes of Tibi & Zoubi believe its their job to work against the state. They are against national service because they like to think of themselves as palestinians ( palestinians don't recognise Israel ) rather than Israelis. They don't want to give up their citizenship or the benefits that comes with that citizenship or go live with their palestinian brothers but at the same time they don't want to be Israelis who are loyal to and care about their country and they encourage arabs not to do national service and fight against any attempts to make it law for arabs to do civilian or military service. So the real enemy of the arabs in this country is the arab politicians not Liberman & the other right wingers.
