After Netanyahu says he would wait for a new U.S. president to reach a better military deal for Israel, American officials fire back.00:09 08.02.16 | 0 comments
Howdy ArabAmerican; True, not all warnings are threats, but all threats are warnings. Chairman Abbas' warning of war, explosions, and confrontation by the very people that he represents and supposedly is in charge of is also a threat. It is not in the same category as "Warning: High Voltage" or "Warning: Rip Tide" because those do not involve humans as perpetrators. I see no reason why Israel won't be around for another 50 years even if no progress is made on the peace process. Israel can defend herself, she has a vibrant economy which is growing at a rate of 4%/yr., the U.S. as an ally, and whenever violence flares up, the Palestinian militant/terrorists are dying at a rate of 3.5 to 1 Israeli. Which settlements are legal and which ones not depends on the where the border is. The occupation will be terminated after the conditions contained in UNSCR 242 have been met with first.
