Arab League's so called peace initiative is an invitation to suicide for Israel, so it can stay another 300 years - only insane or loony Left government would consider it. To give up the territories liberated (not occupied!) in 1967 war? Why? Is Russia planning to return Koenigsberg taken in a defensive war? Is the US planning to return territories they took from Mexico in war? What state has ever done something so stupid? And you know what? No normalisation of relationship with the Arab world would happen even if the Almighty took the reason away from Israel and she returned the territories in question. It's not only that you're nobody to promise such a thing, but also the historical record of Arab states breaking every deal negotiated with Israel. There is only one really funny thing in your post: the assertion that somehow Jews and Israelis crave Arab love. Come on, mate, be real: Arabs are unable to love even each other...
