Time and time again the rich Gulf states have promised billions then the money never seems to flow and the arabs expect the US and Europe to cough up the money. The arabs will promise Abbas everything he wants and they will deliver for a couple of months but then the money will slowly dry up. If Abbas is serious about balancing the budget there is plenty he can do. Stop paying the PA top brass fortunes. stop giving a salary to terrorists in Israeli jails, those salaries are usually higher than PA employees get and when employees have their pay suspended supposedly because there is not enough money the prisoner salaries cntinue to be paid. The widows of suicide bombers get paid a very generous pension. End those things and the PA could save millions every month but trouble is the PA is crooked and thats why Hamas won the last election. I am sure that Abbas can find all the money he needs if he stow wastage and giving to terrorists. Time for Abbas to go, he has become a corrupt hardliner and is not even a legitimate president as he was supposed to have held elections 3 years ago but he decided to put them on hold until further notice.
