Seems to be taking forever for Israel to honour the agreement it solemnly signed. In fact, it is doing the opposite, turning a largely blind eye to outpost building and now proposing to illegally 'legalize' illegal building! If any other country in the world ignored and broke its formal signed international agreements, it would be roundly chastised by governments as wholly untrustworthy, duplicitous and its word not worth the paper it was written on. No further international agreements would be concluded with it, no more favours done and no assistance/$$$ extended to it. The US statement alludes to the roadmap in mild diplomatic speak but oh dear, how far short of the occasion it falls. It's amazing what a donation to AIPAC will buy you these days, a Congress and State Department under the thumb of one small religion and one little rogue state that doesn't honour its word.
