While I would be very surprised to see a ground assault on Israel from a Middle Eastern country, it is always possible. It is more likely that you will be dealing with Militias, or Insurgents in ground actions. If you are involved in a war with another state, Militias, or Insurgents, you will probably face missile and rocket attacks. From a military point of view, Missiles and rockets are more effective than suicide bombers. Even as harrassing fire, it can disrupt daily life and the economy. However, the state has an infrastructure that can be subjected to counter battery fire. Any exchange of Missile attacks could reach the level of mutually assured destruction even with conventional warheads. I believe in being prepared for anything in foreign policy or making war.
