You seem to have missed one of the essential points that make democracies different than state-controlled propaganda machines. You are supposed to fight for the right of those who do NOT agree with you, as much as you fight for your rights. And when a government is elected that you don't agree with, what will your position be if they shut you down by cutting your funding?
