Zero. Yes. No. You see, (and you'll like this), Hamas is not a country. They're a paramilitary political group that has not signed the Geneva Conventions. You'll recognize this as the same defense Israel uses in not disclosing their nuclear capability. Israel hasn't signed the NPT, so they don't have to. Hamas hasn't signed the Geneva Conventions, so they don't have to. Doesn't mean they shouldn't. And as long as they're not torturing him, or mistreating him, which you have no evidence that they are, their captivity of him doesn't really break any laws.
