Any proposal that does not imose the same mandatory law on haredim is a continuuation and legalization of the draft evation and discrimination. I a shocked that they basically admit that 60% of the haredim are not "real" students (as if it matters), and the state is now giving them free money (as if giving to the so calle real student is not free money). And they say that the big achievement would be to incentivize them so they don't cheat. That's like bribing robbers that they don rob. The "solution" is an answer to the wrong questions. The real question is why do we let robbers continue to rob with impunity and why we pay them to do so. The answer should be stop robbing or we will put you in jail.
