The ONE tiny little thing Israel had as an asset is those Arab MKs going to places like Damascus and Beirut. Thats something the Arabs dont have and could be great advantage if used wisely. One day, Israel will need this to inflict harm or to reach agreement. Arabs cant go to Israel but Israeli citizenscan go to Arab states, WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?! But of course i'm sure the Israeli govt and especially the Likud party know exactly what they're doing as they usually do, no? Like the war in Lebanon, the Gaza offensive, the mass arest (kidnapping) of Hamas legislators, the appointment of a socio-economist into the defense ministry and a right wing Russian nut (who's a srategic threat himself) into the post of deputy Pm and minister of strategic affairs, keeping the mass murderer (Halutz) in his post and expanding current and illigal settlements just so that they may be evacuated in 1-30 years (look at Gush Katif). And i'm just listing the events of the past 8 months.
