Lieberman has a tendency to make policy proclamations that have not yet been considered by the Cabinet, nor approved. He even pronounced his private ideology which is contrary to government policy, from the UN podium, no less. Of course Israel will consider the UNESCO move (which I am also opposed to), but not Lieberman proclaimed it. His proclamation has no value by itself. Just remember that a couple of days ago Lieberman threatened Gaza (on his own), then came a cease fire...
