    For using Plan Dalet to deliberately Ethnically Cleanse the Arabs from Israel in the 1940's to stop the development of a Bi-National state and create a Jewish state. If the Arabs hadn't been driven out, the population balance would be approximately 50% Jewish / 50 % Arab in Israel today. ie A Bi-National state.
