The territory comprising Judea & Samaria can be defined as NON-disputed territory. The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan relinquished any claim it had in the mid '90s. So legally, who does it belong to? Yes there was an understanding that it would eventually be incorporated into a palestinian state, but currently there is an autonomous area. International law would actually allow Israel to annexe as much as she wished; this has only happened with a portion of Jerusalem. An analogy with Russians in Alasksa is fantastic; pure Hollywood! Similar to France making a claim to the Isle of Wight.
