I look forward to the supplementary judgement about the damages to be paid to the villagers of Bili'in. Or is somebody going to maintain that the unlarful activities of the Israeli state have not cost them anything? And yes, it is comforting that at least in some cases Israeli courts find for Palestinians - but it might spark people to wonder what was the system of deciding a line for the wall which led to such a blatantly improper decision, implemented before the law could intervene.
