Ms. Kam is naive at best, not very intelligent at worst. Let?s just suppose for a moment that Ms. Kam is right and that the IDF was giving orders to its commanders and soldiers that were in fact war crimes. Did Ms. Kam honestly believe that ?exposing? this rested exclusively on her shoulders and that nothing would happen if she didn?t blow the whistle? That out of the tens of thousands of IDF soldiers that would be given orders to commit war crimes, there would not be one or ten or one hundred or hundreds or even thousands who would simply refuse to obey an illegal order and willingly face court-martials? That such a gross violation of the rules of war would not be denounced publicly? Was making copies of sensitive documents ? including operational plans ? and, by her own admission, keeping them on an unsecured computer at no small risk to the security of her fellow citizens the only way to do this? Let?s be serious.
