Well said Reuven! It takes a lot of courage to tell the truth at such times. I admire your courage. The perceived Israeli military superiority has been the biggest obstacle to peace in the Middle East, not only resulting in Israel's reluctance to make compromises, but also Arab's reluctance to see Israel as possible peaceful neighbour. No one likes war, but amidst all the destruction one can also see some hope that this war will help Israeli politicians realise that peace can only be attained through negotiations between equals. This will certainly not be the last Arab Israeli war, as the "mighty Israel" mentality will not disappear all of a sudden. But I expect that in a couple of decades Israel will come to its senses. Very late? Yes, but better late than never!
