This article shows that any ignorant person can write an article. The Balfour Declaration was the basis for the San Remo Treaty, the League of Nations mandate and UN Charter article 80. These are the LEGAL basis which obligated all the signatories to "..encourage the close settlement of Jews west of the Jordan River". UNGA 181 (the UN partition resolution) was not even a legally binding resolution. Haaretz collaborates in keeping Jewish Israelis and world Jews in ignorance that there has been no cancellation, expiration, or rescinding of the legal right of global Jewry to settle west of the Jordan River. The UK, Israel and JOrdan(during its occupation) are all in violation of the still legally binding obligation to encourage Jewish settlement west of the JOrdan River. How about Haaretz shedding its politics and shining a light on how everyone has colluded to swindle the Jews of their legal rights to this day.

from the article: Is the Balfour Declaration still relevant?
