    1) Remove from beyond the Green Line every settler who transferred there in violation of the Geneva Convention, which is all them. 2) Recognize the right of return of all Palestinians not responsible for committing war crimes, which is the overwhelming majority. Facilitate their return to unoccupied lands and homes. 3) Pay full restitution (w/inflation) to all Palestinian civilians whose lands or homes are occupied, who lost moveable property, and/or who spent time in exile. 4) Institute and enforce full civil rights for all Palestinians (new and old) living inside the state of Israel. 5) Negotiate similar restitution for Jews previously living legally in the Palestinian territories who lost lands, property, etc. 6) Negotiate the right of Jews to live as full citizens in the Palestinian territories/state. 7) Enjoy the peace that comes of doing justice. {Also, seek restitution for Jews driven from Iraq, Yemen, etc., from those govt's.}
