    I think you misunderstand the problem. Hizbullah, like most terrorist groups, isn't interested in substantive victory-- they are interested in furthering their own role and power in the region. If this means having Israel kill hundreds or thousands of innocent Lebanese then that is what it means. But the political reality is that Hizbullah wouldn't do this if it didn't benefit them. Not only are they evil, but they are far more intelligent than most on this board give them credit for. This is not a conflict that can be won with army troops, bombs, or rockets. It is a confict where only diplomacy can be decisive and unfortunately Israel lost that chance.
