Mubarak was a brutal dictator who oppressed the people of his nation and subverted the democratic process. He was a paid stooge of America who's conditions were that he could stay in power without interference if he played nice with Israel. In the Israel centric universe Mubarak can be described as a "cold but tough partner" for Israel. In Egypt and other places,no tears were shed for Mubarak when he went down. At some point in time Israel must develop the ability to get along with other nations, especially neighbors without America paying somebody off or interferring in other ways.
