When I studied in Israel for six months, I observed that American Jews feel intimidated by Israeli opinions. Who are we to criticize Israelis who have experienced war and served in the army? But American Jews shouldn't be fearful of Israelis. We are as much a part of them as they are of us. American Jews have succeeded in getting American support for Israel. As such, we are an intergral player in the game, and thus we have every right to demand Israelis to step up and demand peace.
