Where was your expert commentary when the Croats ethnically cleansed the Serbs from Srpska Krajina? I don't recall any protest over that illegal act. To look at the letter of the law and call it "warped" is to whine when your worldview fails to jibe with reality. If you want to invent your own jurisprudence, ask Al-Azhar whether they're still accepting new hadiths.
