    You can't have your cake and eat it too. I was talking about the Jews from Arab countries, not the survivors of the European holocaust, although the Jews of Algeria and to an extent Tunisia were under german Nazi control. I am talking aobut the claim of zionism itself, long before the holocaust. The claim of the Return to Zion-one of the earliest zionist political groups was called Hovevei Tzion-Lovers of Zion. Zionism was based upon many factors one of which was the longing to return there on the part of Jews. This same longing to return to their homes, their orchards, their vineyards is no less real among Palestinians and it is the height of arrogance for Jews or others to say: "they're all arabs anyway. Let them go live with their brothers.The Jews supposedly wanted to leave their homelands and live with all Jews.The Palestinians to have their identity negated and simply be turned into Iraqis or Egyptians of Saudis.Their identity to them as important as Jewish identity is to Arabs
