As someone that made aliyah through Nefesh B'Nefesh I can say that I am not shocked by this article. I cannot express how dissapointed I was (and still am) with the little help that I received from them. They promote themselves as a place to help immigrants - but in reality they dont. Their programs are geared towards Anglos that want to do thing only with anglos (and generally religious anglos) but neglect those of us that actually want to assimilate within the country and become Israeli. In the end- I was fine doing things for myself (as that is what I had really expected) but don't promote yourself as our savior if you are just a money grabbing company. Give Aliyah back to the government. End the privatization.
