PM vows to pursue relevant legislation after three Israeli Arab MKs visit Jerusalem terrorists' families and observe moment of silence in their honor; 'imagine if this happened in the U.K. Parliament or U.S. Congress,' Netanyahu says.14:13 07.02.16 | 0 comments
The Israeli legal system went a little far when it decided to use the term "rape" for what in any other country is called "abuse of power", of which Bill Clinton was convicted by Congress. Codifying this crime as "rape" was a politically correct manuever, typical in our day, similar to the overuse of the terms "genocide" or "weapons of mass destruction". PC rhetoric is empowering for the average Joe prosecutor however, and so these terms, and now "rape", are irrelevent, except in the international media, which is having a field-day with an Israeli President accused of "rape" with all of its violent assault overtones. Nothing brings the plebes into the (TV) Colliseum like the promise of a "rape".
