Mr. Menendez is whistling in the dark. Israel and the U.S. together cannot control the world---although the U.S. is trying mighty hard to do so. The U.S. economy is in shambles, real unemployment is very high, minimum wage below what is needed to sustain one's dignity, infrastructure deteriorating, education system costly yet lnadequate, literacy declining. The only segment of the U.S. population that is thriving is the one to three percent who are even now benefiting from a bull market fueled by the Treasury pouring 85 billion dollars---hot off the press---into the economy every month. If one follows the money, it goes directly to Wall Street. A state that only produces arrows for its quiver and neglects its people’s basic needs is a state in decline.
