Same set up as Israel's administrative detentions - similar methods of acquisition(random selection during raids), similar methods of incarceration(no charges, no trials, no contact with family), and similar means of acquiring release(conditional). Get over it, everyone! It's not the first time Hamas has copy-catted Israeli methods.
