stupid left wing liberal article - typical Haaretz BS! The border has been quiet for 30 years. Syria lost the Golan in a war of agression. They are NEVER getting it back. The USA does not give back Texas and California to Mexico. Syria will have to make peace in the end without the Golan because Iran will not last forever. eventually Iran will be democratic in 5, 10 ,20 years. Then what will syria do? It's BS to think if you give the Golan away you will magically have peace with Syria. In another 60 years all this nonsense of giving away the Golan will be forgotten. Maybe Haaretz will be gone, but not the Golan. Am Yisroel Chai!
