If all options means military force, then Israel will be doing exactly what the world just brought Iran to the table in hopes of avoiding. The diplomats aren't going to be happy if they see all their efforts made to look useless. Time to be both tough but open to the new situation. Threaten to blow Iran off the planet if a nuclear weapon ever explodes in Israel. Make it clear Iran and Iran alone will be blamed. That's the "stick". Then, in the same breath, offer the carrot. "But the world has spoken...and we in Israel have listened...if Iran does as it has agreed and makes no weapons, then in 10 years Israel will welcome negotiations for normalizing relations with Iran." That would get ahead of the story about Iran. "Israel offers Peace!" Change the narrative. Show Israel can roll with world opinion, however reluctantly, and can be more reasonable and forward thinking than everyone else. Shock the world. It expects Israel to talk about force, but not to accept. Talk about force..but talk about acceptance, and then go one step further.
