    All appear to be OBLIGATIONS that Israel agreed to be bound by back when it signed the Road Map. 1) A COMPLETE settlement freeze Yep, that's in the Road Map. 2) Reopening Orient House. Yeah, that's in there too. 3) Reopening all the other East Jerusalem institutions. That's there too. Israel: master at claiming that OBLIGATIONS are merely "optional extras". Israel: master at wrapping up the same goods over and over and over and over again, and each time insisting that it can sell those shop-soiled goods over and over and over again.
