As long as fighters are willing to remain there, the besieged city will not fall. But life there will become hell.13:03 12.02.16 | 0 comments
"It will be a comfortable act of divine justice if all are released together." - David ben Avigdor It will divine if they are released. I do not know how much 'pull' (or push) Hizballah has with the Hamas exiles in Damascus. I have a gut feeling that there is a BIG rift right now between Hamas in Gaza and the (former?) leadership in Damascus. Nasrallah has come very close to admitting a serious error. And it was. Iran is expecting to be attacked in October, and apparently they understood the gist of the agreement between Bush and Olmert. Thus Hizbollah was expecting an attack, but not as soon as happened. This curiously dove tails well with some of the staff problems in the recent war, especially the logistics planning and indications from operational confusion that planning for the war may not have been completed.
